Shipping & Delivery

Processing: each piece is made to order and ships within 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday). Custom pieces made from your own glass take 8-10 weeks.
Where we ship: worldwide, from the studio in Israel, by tracked courier (FedEx).
Delivery times after dispatch:

United States: 6-10 business days, free tracked shipping

Israel: 5-8 business days, free

Germany: 6-8 business days

Rest of EU and UK: 7-10 business days

Australia and New Zealand: 8-16 business days

Japan and everywhere else: 7-18 business days

Express upgrade: 3-6 business days, available at checkout
Packaging: every piece ships in a fitted, padded box.
Customs and duties: outside Israel, import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and are paid by the recipient. Shipments are declared as optical instruments. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with customs or carrier delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Damaged or faulty pieces: if your piece arrives damaged, or there is a fault with the optics, contact us at yabaye@yaba-ye.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the piece. We will arrange a repair or a replacement.
Non-personalized pieces: can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging. The buyer pays the return shipping. Once the piece is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
Engraved and bespoke pieces: made to order for you and final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
