Refund Policy
Because each Studio Yabaye instrument is handcrafted, and often personalized, we handle returns as follows.
Handmade and custom items
Bespoke and engraved pieces are made to order specifically for you and are final sale - they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or faulty items
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, or there is a fault with the optics, contact us at yabaye@yaba-ye.com within 14 days of delivery, with photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a repair or replacement.
Other returns
For non-personalized items, if you wish to return an order, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Where a return is authorized, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
Refunds
Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
