Handcrafted with Precision: As each instrument is meticulously handcrafted by ROCCO, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.
Global Shipping: We ship worldwide from our studio in Israel.

Standard Shipping: Approximately 10-21 business days.

Express Shipping (Recommended): 3-7 business days via FedEx/DHL (available at checkout).
Secure Packaging: Every kaleidoscope is packed in a custom-fitted, shock-resistant box to ensure it arrives in perfect optical condition.
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply. Studio Yabaye is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
Handmade with Care: Because each instrument is handcrafted and often customized, we do not typically accept returns or exchanges.
Our Guarantee: However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with the optics, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through repair or replacement.
Conditions: In cases where a return is authorized, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition.
